Warranty & Support
At Chilliwack BBQ Supply, our relationship with you doesn’t end when you take your BBQ home.
Whether you have a question about your new grill, need help identifying a part, or believe you have a warranty issue, we’re here to help point you in the right direction.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Most BBQs, grills, smokers and accessories we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods, coverage and conditions vary by brand and product. The manufacturer's warranty terms ultimately determine whether a particular repair, replacement part or product issue is covered.
We recommend registering your new BBQ or smoker with the manufacturer shortly after purchase whenever product registration is available.
Keep your original proof of purchase and product serial number, as these may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Need Warranty Help?
If you're experiencing an issue with a product purchased from Chilliwack BBQ Supply, contact us and we'll help you determine the appropriate next step.
When contacting us, it helps to have:
- Your name and contact information
- Product brand and model
- Serial number, if applicable
- Approximate purchase date or proof of purchase
- A description of the problem
- Photos or video showing the issue, when helpful
Providing this information upfront can make diagnosing the problem and beginning the warranty process much faster.
How Warranty Claims Are Handled
Depending on the brand and product, warranty service may be handled directly by the manufacturer.
This can include troubleshooting, replacement parts, technical support or authorization of warranty service.
Chilliwack BBQ Supply can help you identify the correct manufacturer support channel and provide product or purchase information when appropriate.
Manufacturer warranty decisions, including approval or denial of a claim and the parts or remedies provided, remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and policies.
Weber Warranty & Support
Weber provides direct warranty and customer support for Weber products.
We strongly recommend registering your Weber product and keeping your serial number and proof of purchase available.
If you're unsure where to find your serial number or how to begin the process, contact us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
recteq Warranty & Support
recteq provides direct warranty and technical support for its products.
Registering your grill with recteq and retaining your serial number and proof of purchase will help make future warranty support easier.
If you purchased your recteq from Chilliwack BBQ Supply and aren't sure how to proceed with an issue, contact us and we'll help get you started.
What May Not Be Covered
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, but warranties commonly have exclusions for circumstances such as normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications or failure to maintain the product as required.
Always refer to the warranty supplied by the manufacturer for the specific terms and coverage applicable to your product.
Missing or Damaged Parts on a New Purchase
If you discover that a newly purchased product has missing components, visible damage or another problem when you open it, contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the product, packaging and all included components until we've had an opportunity to review the situation and advise you on the next step.
