Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Chilliwack BBQ Supply, we ship BBQ products, accessories, rubs, sauces and other products throughout British Columbia and across Canada. Because our products range from small accessories to full-size grills and pellet smokers, shipping options vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Standard Shipping

Many smaller products and accessories can be shipped using standard parcel carriers.

When standard shipping is available for your order, available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates may vary based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery destination.

Oversized BBQs, Grills & Pellet Smokers

Large BBQs, grills, pellet smokers and other oversized products may be too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping.

Products requiring freight shipping will be identified on the product page with an Oversized BBQ Shipping notice and a Get a Shipping Quote option.

For these products, shipping is quoted individually rather than calculated automatically at checkout.

How Our Freight Quote Works

Simply complete the shipping quote form on the applicable product page and provide your:

• Name and contact information
• Delivery address, city, province and postal code
• Delivery location type
• Product information
• Any additional delivery details we should know

We will review your delivery location and available freight options and provide you with a personalized shipping quote.

There is no obligation to purchase by requesting a quote.

Freight Delivery Options

Depending on your location and the carrier servicing your area, freight delivery options may include:

Residential Delivery
Delivery to a home or residential address.

Commercial Delivery
Delivery to a business location. Please let us know whether the receiving location has a loading dock or forklift available.

Freight Terminal Pickup
In some areas, picking your order up from the carrier's local freight terminal may be available and can sometimes provide a more economical delivery option.

Available services depend on the product, destination and freight carrier.

Why Isn't Shipping Shown at Checkout?

Large BBQs and smokers can vary significantly in shipping cost depending on their size, destination and the type of delivery required.

Rather than building an inflated flat-rate shipping charge into the price of the product, we prefer to obtain an appropriate freight rate for your specific order.

If a product requires a personalized freight quote, standard calculated shipping may not be available for that product during checkout.

Local pickup is available from our Chilliwack showroom for eligible orders.

If you are purchasing a large BBQ or smoker, please contact us if you have questions about pickup or transporting the product.

Local Delivery

Local delivery options may also be available for certain larger products and orders.

Availability and any applicable delivery charges will depend on the product and delivery location. Please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.

Shipping Times

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination and carrier service.

Freight orders may require additional time to arrange transportation and delivery. Any estimated transit or delivery time provided is an estimate and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Receiving a Freight Shipment

We recommend inspecting your shipment when it arrives.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, please document the condition with photographs and contact Chilliwack BBQ Supply as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Please keep all packaging until any shipping-related issue has been resolved.

Product Availability

Some products displayed on our website may be available for immediate pickup or shipping, while others may require additional processing or ordering time.

If there is an unexpected availability issue with your order, we will contact you.
