Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Chilliwack BBQ Supply. Please review our return and exchange policy before purchasing.

Regular Stocked Merchandise

Regular stocked merchandise and accessories may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 3 days of delivery for eligible online orders.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • In new, unused and resalable condition

  • Complete with all original parts, accessories and manuals

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Sale or promotional pricing does not automatically make an item final sale unless it is specifically identified as clearance or a floor model.

After 3 Days

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges after the 3-day return period.

Clearance Merchandise & Floor Models

All merchandise identified as clearance and all floor model purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any known cosmetic damage, missing packaging or other condition specific to a floor model should be reviewed prior to purchase.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged or otherwise not returned in new and resalable condition may be refused for return or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Damaged, Defective or Warranty Items

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact Chilliwack BBQ Supply as soon as possible.

Warranty claims may be handled according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty and service procedures.

Online Purchase Rights

This policy applies to voluntary returns and exchanges and does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection legislation.
