House of Q Slow Smoke Gold Sauce (375ml jar)

This mustard-based barbecue sauce has won multiple awards at the American Royal in Kansas City and the National BBQ Association. It is at first zingy and tangy, followed by a hint of heat from the pepper and cayenne.

Designed to be slathered on raw meat before shaking on House of Q House Rub, this golden sauce is recommended for a dipping sauce and as a glaze on salmon or pork ribs. Also excellent in vegetable dips, potato salad, devilled eggs, or anything that would benefit from a mustard flavour.
