Fireboard Labs Smoker Probe (1/2” NPT Thread) Thermistor

The SS311 and SS311T Smoker Probe uses a standard 1/2″ NPT threading, which is standard with most analog temperature dials / gauges (example this Tel-Tru). As such this probe can easily replace an analog dial using the existing threading in some smokers. SS311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter. 1/2″ NPT. SS311 – Probe type: RTD PT-100 Class A. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 716°F (-50 to 380°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 2 1/4 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter. 1/2″ NPT. Also please note this probe threading is a tapered threading, designed to tighten without the use of any nuts.
