This all-purpose dry rub is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy that enhances the flavour of meat, fish and even vegetables. The spice blend is best used to coat meat, vegetables or fish with olive oil and apply rub. For best results, leave in fridge for 24 hours to fully activate the flavours of the dry rub.
