Inspired by classic holiday turkey recipes, this flavourful turkey brine concentrate starts with an apple juice base and combines paprika, black peppercorns, rosemary, sage, lemon zest, and orange zest for a delicious balance of savoury herbs and subtle sweetness.

The result? A beautifully seasoned turkey with that familiar, mouthwatering aroma of a holiday dinner. Think rich, traditional pan-gravy-inspired flavour that complements your turkey rather than overpowering it.
